Use of this platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this age requirement or do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the myjudi96 platform and must cease access immediately.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on myjudi96. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current should any changes occur. myjudi96 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the myjudi96 support team.
You are advised not to share your login credentials with anyone and to use a strong password. myjudi96 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the myjudi96 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Using the platform for any illegal activities or fraud
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools
- Engaging in hacking, cyberattacks, or any action that compromises platform security
- Exploiting bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the system
- Ensure the platform is used for personal entertainment purposes only
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities
- Do not allow underage individuals to use your account
- Report any suspicious activity to the support team
- Take full responsibility for all betting decisions made
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the myjudi96 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances recognised by myjudi96. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. myjudi96 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for identity verification or suspicious activity investigation purposes.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit balance in your account, myjudi96 reserves the right to correct that balance without notice. Users are not entitled to claim credits obtained as a result of a system error.
All deposited funds must originate from a valid account held in the name of the registered user. myjudi96 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Myjudi96 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is suspected of or found to have violated any part of these terms. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, use of multiple accounts, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended are entitled to submit an appeal to the myjudi96 support team. The platform's decision is final in all cases involving a breach of these terms.
Myjudi96 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform, including financial losses arising from betting activities.
The platform is provided "as is" and myjudi96 does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. In the event of unexpected technical disruptions, myjudi96 will work to restore services as promptly as possible.
Myjudi96's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of that user's active deposits at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the myjudi96 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of myjudi96. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from myjudi96 management.
The myjudi96 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. myjudi96 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms before using their services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the myjudi96 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction under prevailing law.
